How A2O LITE NEON Dance AI handles accounts, uploads and creative work.

Accounts and processing
We use account information and essential session cookies to provide login, credits, creations and support. Uploaded photos, prompts and settings are processed by the configured AI and safety providers to fulfill your request. Use your own media or obtain the necessary rights and the explicit consent of every adult depicted. Character artwork also requires the relevant permission. Browser drafts store settings and written prompts, not reference-photo files.
Private media and sharing
User uploads, generated outputs and temporary review files are held in a private media bucket. Normal playback and downloads check account ownership. Providers receive time-limited links for processing; anyone who obtains such a link may use it until it expires or access is revoked. A work is publicly accessible only if you explicitly choose public visibility. Public example videos are separate from private uploads.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded inputs expire after 24 hours, temporary review files after 1 hour, and completed outputs after 30 days. These are access deadlines; background cleanup removes the stored objects. Removing a completed work immediately blocks access through the service and schedules or performs object deletion. Failed deletion is retried. Rejected uploads are also removed. Download anything you wish to keep before expiry. These actions do not delete copies already downloaded or control an external provider's retention.
Account, credit, transaction and safety records may be kept for service operation, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or account deletion.
Payment and sign-in options
Available methods are shown in the interface. Payment providers handle full card details; the service records order status and credit changes. If Google sign-in is enabled, it shares the authorized basic profile and email; we do not request Gmail or Drive access.
